Area of Expertise: Daire holds a B.A. (Hons) and MII from Trinity College, Dublin. Areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing and Personal Effectiveness. Daire is an accredited business coach and a licensed practitioner of many psychometric assessment tools including Bar-On Emotional Intelligence EQi, and Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI). Daire is also a NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) Business Practitioner.

Experience:

Daire provides business and personal development consultancy to both Irish and International clients. She is also an Associate Lecturer at the Irish Management Institute (IMI) where she delivers programmes to senior managers in the areas of personal development and coaching.

She has 20 years professional experience at senior management level across many business functions. Before setting up her own consultancy in 2000, she was General Manager of Pemberton International, the consumer products company within United Drug Plc. Prior to this she held senior marketing within the Irish Export Board (now Enterprise Ireland) in Dublin and Brussels and with Quaestus International.
