Miriam Ahern

Area of expertise:  Miriam is a Certified Management Consultant specialising in strategic planning, team-working, performance management, staff development, change-management and human resources. She is an experienced network manager and currently co-ordinates the LINK! Start-up Business Network for DCEB.

Experience: Miriam founded her own company - Align Management Solutions - in 2001.  Her clients include multinational companies and sole traders.  For ten years she was Group Organisation Development and Human Resources Director of Alphyra PLC.  Prior to that she worked in sales, marketing and PR.

Miriam has an MSc Degree in Management Practice from Trinity College. She is a director of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers and is a Fàs accredited trainer.  She is a qualified executive coach and an experienced facilitator.
