Better Time Management for Business

Let's face it - time management is a challenge that every business faces, regardless of experience, industry or size of workforce!
The Dublin City Enterprise Board are organising a Time Management afternoon workshop on Wednesday, January 26th, for sole traders, SMEs and anyone thinking of starting a business.
The aim of this workshop is to help identify the main sources of time management problems, offering practical, effective solutions to form new habits and methods of getting things done.

This programme will present powerful insights into the nature of planning and organising work and will support participants in developing the necessary skills for planning, prioritising and delegating their tasks.

Outcomes / Objectives
On completion of this course, trainees will be :
* Better prepared to handle both their unique and common problems, relating to time management
* Capable of adopting a variety of tools to plan and “keep on top of” their workload
* Able to spot how and why items get “bumped down” their list and to stop this happening
* More aware of how they currently process their workload
* Better equipped to get work done through others, i.e. delegate
* Better equipped to handle distracting situations and people
* Prepared to make changes, by using their personal plan of action
* More effective and productive in their worklives
