The Bookbuzz concept is based on the premise that if you give a group of bright people an inspiring, thought-provoking book, and you give them space and time to discuss and debate, the room explodes with peer-to-peer learning, collective insights, and new ideas.

With Bookbuzz learning programmes, you can dispense with conventional trainers, consultants and advisors. Instead, you can use Bookbuzz as a catalyst for unleashing the collective brainpower of the organization.

How does it work:

Book selection
Based on your briefing to us, we establish themes – such as the current economic climate, leadership, strategy, and innovation. The themes form the basis for a list of books that we recommend - you make final selection. Every executive who participates in a facilitated Bookbuzz programme receives a copy of the book, and all participants are asked to read the same 40-50 pages (NOT the full book).

Maximum efficiency
The 2-hour facilitated book-based discussion sessions are held on your premises, at a time that is convenient for you. Often, sessions are held over breakfast, lunch or after office hours.

Session report
Bookbuzz reports back to the client with a report on the insight of the session and the take away for the organisation.
