On completion of this training you will:

Develop a business planning process combining marketing, financial and management plans.
Understand the marketing concepts, in particular market research, business and marketing and planning as they apply to small business start up and growth.
Understand the selling process and be able to develop a sales action plan
Understand the forms of business organisation and the advantages and disadvantages of business structures & the fundamentals of sourcing a premises
