A company with an established food business would benefit greatly from the programme, they will also consider a company with a strong product concept that has yet to be launched. The first workshop will take place towards the end of April, the one-to-one session will be in May.
Essentially, the programme is designed to assist Irish food companies in the following areas:
The practical implementation of the programme will take place over 3 workshops:
Workshop 1 will be conducted with 8-9 companies, thus sharing the learning and industry knowledge.
Workshop 2 will involve a full day one-to-one session with each company. This day will focus on developing a product and marketing strategy for the specific company.
Workshop 3 will be conducted with the same 8 companies and will help the companies develop their overall business plan and growth strategy.
They will conduct the group workshops in central regional locations, so local companies won’t have too far to travel. While dates need to be confirmed, the first workshop will take place towards the end of April, the one-to-one session will be in May, with the final workshop taking place in June.
The overall cost of the complete programme is €1,100 for each participating company.
