The Small Firms Association is hosting a morning workshop for members on April 19th, to help small business owners identify their own PR opportunities.
Public relations is essential, perhaps even critical, in today's competitive marketplace. Developing a well thought out Public Relations strategy is vital for any company that wants to grow in the current climate. Despite this, PR is never high on the agenda for many owner-managers, yet it is a critical pillar in the overall firms marketing strategy.
A sustained PR strategy can build an organisation's profile; can be an economical means of promoting an organisation; can communicate to the business community the strengths of a business; can increase a firm’s exposure and enhances its reputation.
To assist small firms gain a greater understanding of PR and its importance within small firms the SFA would like to invite members to a practical half day seminar, with Ellen Gunning. The purpose of this seminar is to give participants an opportunity to understand the key promotional opportunities available to them across a broad range of media.
