
The Craft Council of Ireland’s Education,Training and Development team have issued an invitation to their clients to apply for a newly designed Enterprise and Training Programme.
The Craft Council of Ireland have issued an invitation to craft companies to apply for a newly-designed Enterprise Training Programme. ‘Developing Craft Enterprises 2010’ includes a broad range of new initiatives to help support, develop and grow craft enterprises. As part of this initiative, a series of workshops addressing key themes will be held in Dublin over the coming months:
• Marketing Tools And Supports for your Craft Enterprise – June 15th
• Managing Your Business Finances – September 21st
• Innovating your Craft Business – October 19th

The cost to attend these workshops (for CCOI registered clients) are €40 per participant. This fee includes tuition, materials, lunch and refreshments. Workshops are subject to a minimum number of participants and the Craft Council of Ireland reserves the right to cancel or defer workshops.
Following the success of the ‘Making it in Business Programme,’ the curriculum for the second programme is currently in design. Recruitment for this will take place in early July, with the programme commencing at end of September.
Building on previously successful programmes, the CCoI/CEB Craft Business Training programme content and timetable are currently being developed and will be complete in June. This training programme will commence at the beginning of October.
