Bernie has over 16 years business management experience in various sectors. Her experience profile extends to Operations, Customer Service, HR, Sales and Marketing.
Following her successful corporate career Bernie set up Beacon Coaching Consultancy in October 2005. The primary focus of the business is People Development – working with companies to help enhance individual and organisational performance.
This is achieved through a combination of coaching, training, facilitation and consultancy.
With her extensive business management skills Bernie brings to the clients table a thorough understanding of business processes and procedures. She is highly attuned to the development needs of employees and to working with companies to help turn employee talent into performance.
Bernie is a graduate of the National College of Ireland and of the US based professional coaching training institute Coach-U. Trained in the art of professional coaching she is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
