InterTradeIreland FUSION is an all-island programme which enables knowledge and technology transfer between business and academia to support innovation and increase capability.

FUSION develops and facilitates three-way cross-border partnerships and projects between companies, graduates and third level institutions

FUSION can help your company to :

•  Improve existing products
• Streamline production processes
• Improve environmental performance
• Enhance design capabilities
• Develop and implement IT solutions  

Support Package:

FUSION provides a comprehensive package of support that includes assistance towards the recruit's salary and associated costs and a full consultancy package for the academic that your company will work with. Up to £47,750/€59,690 will be made available to each project, to fund 50% of the recruit's employment costs and 100% of other eligible costs. The company will contribute a minimum of £11,000/€ 13,750 per annum towards a graduate salary and support.

The support package also includes :

• Masterclasses - to support your company through the application process
• Consultancy support - quarterly review meetings with an InterTradeIreland appointed consultant
• Helpline - to provide ongoing support and advice
• Recruitment - advertising of graduate/diploma holder position
