Fashion Round Table Event - 28 May
The objective of the information session is a networking opportunity to meet other fashion businesses (trading for at least 1 year in business).
Fashion & accessories designers, Fashion agents, Fashion Photographers, Online fashion retailers to meet and share information.
The format is mostly discussion, some possible topics to discuss;
- How do you increase sales in these uncertain economic times?
- Fashion show or sharing workspace - collaboration
- What trade events are useful?And are they worth the time and money? Which ones work?
- How do you keep your marketing and photo shoot costs down?
- Selling; what works and doesn't work?
- Using the internet to promote and sell
- Sourcing products/ raw materials and outsourcing manufacture
- Financing your business and trying to keep on top of cash flow
- Environmental and ethical issues
- Exporting
The aim is to have an interactive session where people for whom fashion is the main activity of their business can share the latest trends and use it as a starting point for some discussion and networking. What are the common issues for fashion businesses? What are the solutions?
