On May 13th Teagasc-Ashtown Food Research Centre is holding a workshop – Food Standards for SMEs. This event is aimed at owners/managers of SMEs who are considering implementing a food safety standard in their business, and want to gain an understanding of standards in general. This 1 day workshop has been designed to:
The workshop presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion on the practicalities of implementing and maintaining standards. This discussion will involve experienced practitioners including an auditor, a retailer and a food company which has implemented a retailer standard.
