This workshop will help you get clarity on how to lead your businesses effectively and take tasks off your to-do lists through delegation to ensure you can concentrate on items of priority for survival, growth and the resulting success of their business.

The objective of this four-hour workshop is to provide a grounding in the essential techniques of leadership and delegation. It examines the art of mobilising an individual’s inner drive and enthusiasm, ensuring you are delegating the right tasks in the right manner to the right person and ensuring your key people are motivated while integrating these techniques into the workplace.

To be a credible leader you need to master a range of core skills, from implementing and organising processes, to inspiring others and delegating effectively.
