This month's Dublin City Enterprise Network for Women speaker is Leslie Faughnan, Technology Journalist. He will present at the Mont Clare Hotel, Merrion Square on Monday evening 12th November. The presentation will be followed by Dublin City Enterprising Woman of the Year Award and Networking.
Using technology to the full helps companies to be more competitive and in particular can allow smaller companies to operate efficiently while conveying a very professional image on a tight budget. The problem is that it can be difficult to keep up with all the latest advances and to know what to look for. On Monday night, we want to focus on this topic and I’m delighted that a journalist who specialises in this area will share with us his Top 10 time and money saving technologies. Brendan Moran of TechCheck (operated by Dublin City Enterprise Board) will give a brief overview of how this scheme provides companies with subsidised technology audits. And finally, I hope that we will all have an opportunity to share tips with each other. It would be great if you could email me in advance notes on any particular technology/software that you find useful. Please register in advance by email (network@dceb.ie) or phone (Pauline at 087 979 8430). Your details will not be included in the directory if you don’t register before 11am on Monday.
