Dublin’s smaller IT/ software companies will have a great opportunity to enter the huge and rapidly expanding Chinese electronics market this spring by participating in ICT Expo to be held in Hong Kong from 14th to 17th April 2007.
Dublin City Enterprise Board, in association with the other Dublin Enterprise Boards, and the Irish Exporters Association, are offering an attractive package that will appeal to companies involved in network and mobility, enterprise solutions, Linux & Open Source, digital living, e-logistics & retail technologies, home grown innovations and IT outsourcing. Participants will be allocated pace on the Ireland stand, be included in all promotional materials and take part in the ‘Business Matching’ process. Other elements of the package include return air fares from Dublin to Hong Kong and four nights accommodation on the basis of one room per company. Participation in the fair will be facilitated by a Mission Leader. 50% of the cost may be recouped by qualifying businesses based in Dublin City and employing ten people or fewer, by way of a Export Marketing Grant from Dublin City Enterprise Board.
