Types of products and services that are suitable for internet marketing; Secure and reliable transactional website; Advantages and disadvantages of marketing and selling online; Customers perceptions.
Understand Taxation
Reporting requirements; Self-Assessment System; Capital Allowances/chargeable gains; PRSI System; Income Tax return; Personal Allowances and Rate Bands; Tax and PRSI Liability; Calculating VAT and preparing VAT returns.
Sales & Selling
Sales techniques and approaches; Personal selling style; Setting targets and developing a sales plan; Getting the appointment; Asking the right questions; Overcoming objections; Making the most of the sales encounter; Closing effectively.
Time Management
Understand concepts of structuring tasks; Important Vs Urgent; Relevance to goals; Procrastinating; Delegation and managing expectations.
