This workshop is aimed at everyone whether you have no business idea or have been trading for years. The concept behind this workshop is not only about recognising good and bad ideas but where to get the ideas.
If you have a Business Idea, we want to help you develop it! Understand the process for generating ideas. How to select good ideas and reduce the risk of selecting bad ones. There are many sources of information which can be consulted to help you form ideas such as market and consumer trends and other reports which are readily available to the public.
Generating a business idea goes through many stages from sourcing an idea to realising the idea as a business. This workshop will take you through this process and help you recognise common pitfalls and mistakes which can be easily avoided. To remain competitive and ahead of the market a business needs new ideas. A business will rarely survive on one idea alone. A company needs to consider what the next big idea is going to be that will ensure their survival in the future.
The workshop is delivered by innovation experts Sean McNulty: B.Sc. I.D, NPDP, MIDI of Innovator. Sean has over 27 years experience in Industrial Design, Innovation Management and Training. He graduated from NCAD Dublin in 1980 in Industrial Design and worked for a number of years in the United States. He established Dolmen in 1991 a leading edge New Product Development consultancy and in 2000 with a wealth of experience and a highly skilled team, Sean created Innovator.
