InterTradeIreland Venture Capital Conference
The ninth InterTradeIreland Venture Capital Conference takes place on May 26th in Belfast.
This will be a 'back to basics' event focusing on raising the early rounds of equity for early-stage companies.
The conference will showcase the current sources of equity capital available, both institutional and through the business angel networks on the island.
There will also be opportunities to hear from start-up companies and their lessons learned from raising equity. Leading entrepreneur turned investor, Belfast born Bill McCabe from Oyster Technology Investments, will also share the secrets of his success that have landed him a much coveted place in the Sunday Times Rich list.
The role of bank debt funding for early-stage companies will be debated as well as the legal aspects of equity finance and an overview of equity investment on the island.
The conference brings together investors and entrepreneurs from across the island in an exclusive networking environment. Delegates will have a unique opportunity to meet with investors during networking breaks throughout the day.
