Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn about new developments in International Trade Workshop on AEO included). Following Chambers Ireland successful application for funding from Skillnets Ltd., they are announcing membership details of the International Trade Skillnet.
Training will commence in March 2008 and complete in December 2008 for our first round of members. Please note that all training will take place in Dublin, Galway and ANOTHER location to be confirmed.
Membership rates
International Trade Skillnet will be enterprise-led, providing tailor made courses to increase your company’s performance and to greatly reduce compliancy costs as a result of new international trade regulations. These courses will be provided at dramatically subsidized rates (up to 50% grant aid for members). Training rate for members will be €150 per day in comparison with €350 per day for non-members. There is no flat membership as such, rather members are required to sign up for at least 9 days training costing €1,350. Alternatively, if companies wish to present a number of candidates for training, we can offer a 20 day package at a cost of €2,850 (including one complementary training day).
Membership of this Skillnet is limited to 40 companies with each member having due recognition on the website www.internationaltradeskillnet.com (under construction) as well as discounted rates to networking events, conferences and seminars which will be organised on an ongoing basis from 2008 - 2009.
FETAC Accreditation
We are also offering places on the FETAC level 5 course in International Trade Practice which involves compulsory attendance at 7 of the workshops by the same company representative (highlighted in the training schedule). No extra charge is applied for members who wish to participate and achieve the accreditation.
This Skillnet is the first of its kind in Ireland and much of the focus of the Skillnet will be aimed at sensitizing Irish companies to the requirements of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), Single Window and custom regulations. Top trainers have been secured in order to make training as up-to-date and practical as possible.
