Irish Web Awards

SMEs and micro-enterprises are being encouraged to enter this year’s 2010 Realex Irish Web Awards. 

Six additional categories have been added this year, including best mobile application, best microsite, best small business website, best Facebook page for organisations, best web only publication and best no budget/guerrilla social media campaign.

SMEs, micro-enterprises and sole traders are also being encouraged to enter the ‘Best SME/Small Business Website’ category.

Previous winners of Irish Web Awards include The Irish Times , RTE.ie, Silicon Republic, IDA Ireland and Boards.ie.

Nominations are open until 4pm today (September 1st) and finalists will be announced on October 1st with the Awards ceremony taking place on October 16th.

The awards are free to enter and nominations can be submitted at www.webawards.ie
