The beginning of the new year is always a good time to take stock and look at ways of improving what you do. The January event will be an opportunity for you to renew your networking and to think about what you want to achieve this year. We are delighted that Deirdre Cronnelly of Afresh (a network member) has agreed to give a talk which will help you assess your priorities for the year using the wheel of life and will focus on how you can get better results by focusing on the area of health. In addition, you will have time to discuss your plans for the year with other network members and there will be time at the end for informal networking. Diet can affect your productivity but it also affects your energy, health, mood, relationships and ultimately stress levels. The objectives of this session are to assist you: - Eat for Energy - Manage Energy Levels Throughout The Day - Sustain Healthy Eating Habits When you understand the impact of diet on mood and energy levels, you are better placed to know how what to eat and drink to maximise productivity. She has held senior roles in the mobile telecommunications environment for over fifteen years motivating teams to perform to their optimum under high pressure. In recent years, her ability to inspire and motivate people and her passionate interest in health and nutrition prompted her to change career direction. She decided to return to study and qualify as a Life and Business Coach (LBCAI), a Personal Trainer, an Exercise and Health Professional (NQEHS) and a Nutritional Therapist (ITEC). She subsequently set up AFRESH as it is today. AFRESH clients include the ESB and their 7,000 employees nationwide, Dublin Bus and their 3,000 bus drivers, and Irish Life and Permanent to name but a few.
