Leadership & Delegation

Leadership & Delegation

People are capable of remarkable achievement, if they are given appropriate leadership.  Similarly, managers of SMEs can free up crucial time for themselves to use on really important areas of their business if they can lead and delegate effectively.

To be a credible leader you need to master a range of core skills, from implementing and organising processes, to inspiring others and delegating effectively.  The objective of this four-hour workshop is to provide a grounding in the essential techniques of leadership and delegation. It examines the art of mobilising an individual’s inner drive and enthusiasm, ensuring you are delegating the right tasks in the right manner to the right person and ensuring your key people are motivated while integrating these techniques into the workplace.
