Ann Kelsey from econatural.ie, showcased her Irish Eczema Society approved range of clothing and skin care products, which contain natural silver soothe. Ann has seen a profound change in the sleeping habits of children, when they wear her garments.
Barry McKenna from DPIsupplies.ie presented each participant with a comprehensive plan on how sales should be approached and how sales can be closed.
He also offered his ten top recommendations for a sales person’s good habits and traits:
be well organized and well presented
good time keeping
remembering buyers names
90% listening and only 10% talking
be quick at responding to customer demands
courtesy calls getting to know customers: get interested in their business
manners
let customers know about your recent business successes or what you´re working on
be an industry expert
be up-to-date on business news and sports events and read the newspaper daily
Link7 – 2000-2010 The Irish Business Rollercoaster
