Making Bread
Tánaiste Mary Coughlan and Patrick Lynch - Chair of Dublin City Enterprise Board, met with Brody Sweeney - founder of O'Brien's Sandwich Bars - at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment,
to congratulate him on the new audio edition of his business book Making Bread: The Real Way to Start Up and Stay Up in Business. The book is an easy-to-read guide for would be entrepreneurs, and was heralded by Feargal Quinn as a "bedside bible for anyone starting and growing a business." The book features an audio cd with highlights of some chapters as well as sample cash flows and spreadsheets to help any would be start up business.
