People with Disabilities in the Workplace

There are 324,000 people with Disabilities in Ireland but they are still very much under-represented in the workplace, with the Disability Federation of Ireland Estimating that 70% of people with disabilities in Ireland are currently unemployed.

The aim of this seminar is to explore how to incorporate people with disabilities successfully into the workplace. The seminar will provide practical advice and information on the grants available both for companies that employ staff with disabilities and also for people with disabilities themselves. This seminar will take place in European Commisson Representation European Union House 18 Dawson Street Dublin 2 on Wednesday 19th September from 9.15am - 12.30pm, with a complementary lunch for all participants. If you are interested in attending please contact Kellymarie Gleeson at kmgleeson@irishexporters.org or phone 01 6424178. For further information see www.csr4u.org
