Paul Carroll: Cpl Resources plc is Ireland’s largest recruitment companying placing over 9,000 people in new jobs in the last 12 months. Cpl pride themselves on innovative talent sourcing and matching techniques that are applicable, if not more applicable to the SME community, as they are to the large multinationals. Prior to joining Cpl, Paul was an HR Manager with Gateway and before that he was an HR consultant with KPMG.
