The CEI French Centre organises placements from 4 weeks up to 6 months for students willing to gain more work experience and improve their language skills.
Placements are usually unpaid, except for long term placements for which a small financial compensation is required to help the student accommodate in Dublin.
Who are CEI?
The CEI French Centre has for the last 60 years organised trips throughout the world and continues to help young people to discover different ways of life and cultures. Their two centres in London and Dublin have helped over 25,000 young people live such an experience.
The CEI French Centre helps students to come to Dublin in order to gain professional experience while improving their language skills, their mobility and their adaptability, to increase their employment opportunities. They screen candidates before they arrive, to check their experiences, English level and motivation, so it is in coherence with their internship project.
They deal with many candidates, who are required to do an work experience as part of their studies and as such we place them in a variety of sectors including (but not limited to) International Business, Marketing, Communication, Import-export, IT, Accounting, Administration, Logistics, Engineering.
The commitment from the host companies is small in the context of these benefits, and is aimed at ensuring the win-win situation of a beneficial internship experience for the intern, and a valuable contribution to the host organization.
