Susan is a co-founder and Director with one of Ireland’s most successful companies. Founded in 1990, SoftCo develops Storage, Document & Business Process Automation solutions that reduce cost, streamline and improve key business processes, protect critical content over its entire lifecycle and enable organisations to deliver their compliance obligations. With over 900 customers across multiple industry sectors including logistics, financial services, healthcare, legal, and government, SoftCo is a global organisation with offices in Dublin, New York, London and Copenhagen. She will talk to the network about her experiences of growing her business and will pass on tips that she considers important.
