This could be easier than you think - the good folk at the Temple Bar Food Market in association with Temple Bar Cultural Trust have published a Menu of the Month.
This is part of a series of monthly menus designed to highlight the seasonal nature of the food we eat while showcasing the ingredients on offer from some of the finest growers and producers in the country who trade every Saturday at the Temple Bar Food Market, Meeting House Square, Temple Bar.
Two easy steps to a delicious 3 course meal;
1) Download your Menu of the Month from this email, from our website www.templebar.ie or call into the Temple Bar Food Market this Saturday (and every Saturday thereafter) or the Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre at 12 East Essex Street, Temple Bar and pick up a copy
2) Visit the featured stalls at the market to buy just what you need to prepare this mouth-watering seasonal meal! It couldn't be more simple.
This month's menu is once again bursting with seasonal goodies such as Orecchiette with broad beans, pecorino and mint to start, grilled Clare Island salmon with sorrel sauce and asparagus as your main course and a black cherry clafoutis to finish.
Once again if you are strapped for time for the Menu of the Month there are lots of suggestions on some tasty ready to eat market morsels that still let you serve first-rate food without lifting a finger!
