The Artisans and Designers Community Of Interests Limited
TADCOI is a not-for-profit organisation, set up by a group of promoters from varying business backgrounds with the aim to establish an incubation centre in the City Centre
for fashion design, art, craft and complimentary creative industries at affordable rates.
Over the past year, we have gained the support of Dublin City Enterprise Board, Dublin City Management, Third Level Colleges and Leading Irish Designers, and have begun preparitory work to transform a building in the heart of Dublin 2 to accomodate the needs of the creative community we represent.
Facilities will include;
- Desk spaces.
- Small studio spaces.
- Medium studio spaces.
- Large studio spaces.
- A retail space on the ground floor where designers would have the opportunity to showcase and sell their work directly public.
- Small scale production space with facilities for sharing and renting including CAD.
We aim to launch the first stage of the project this autumn 2009 and have only 15 retail spots and 10 desk/studio places (varying size) available at this initial start up.
There has already been significant interest shown from designers of different practices so we would like to open the first application round for space at this point.

This form is not a legal commitment and no monies or guarentees are requested at this point.
