THE LOFT MARKET, A COLLECTIVE OF SOME OF DUBLIN'S MOST PROGRESSIVE AND CONTEMPORARY CREATIVE TALENT, IS CELEBRATING ITS THIRD BIRTHDAY WITH A CUSTOMER EVENING AND FASHION SHOW.

The Loft Market is a unique shopping experience. It provides an exciting snapshot of Dublin's creative scene, bringing together artists, fashion designers, vintage clothing, makers of contemporary jewellery, lifestyle products & more.
Celebrating its third birthday this October, The Loft Market has well and truly established itself at the hub of contemporary design and creative shopping in Dublin City Centre.
Continuing to provide young designers and artists with a platform from which to launch their own businesses, The Loft Market has not just been surviving but using the recession to its advantage, seeing it as an open opportunity for young talent to develop, flourish and change the face of the city.
“This recession has been happening in the creative scene for a long time. We’ve been loosing our best artists and designers for years but right now we have a fantastic opportunity to reshape Dublin and redirect our priorities. Our creatives are staying put and making a go of it here, they are working together in collectives and sustainable partnerships, they are not just surviving but developing a fantastic new scene for the city and we are thrilled that The Loft Market is a part of that”

The show will showcase over 20 up-and-coming designers, jewellers and vintage collections as well as some of the freshest faces of fashion. Styled Dublin stylist by Angela Scanlon with DJ Simon Judge on the decks and an after show party in the new Pygmalion Bar on South William Street, this is a birthday bash not to be missed.
