It is based on the principal that “Givers Gain”. Membership of the site is free and is open to women who have started their own business, or are thinking about doing so; to women who run a business even if they did not start it themselves; to those involved in running a family business; to women involved in any capacity – even if it is purely a supportive one – in a partners business; to WAHMs (Work at Home Moms for the uninitiated), and to those involved in providing support for women in business.
