Brief Programme Descriptiontime management

The  overall purpose  of  this Time  Management   programme  is  to  train  people  so  that  they  can significantly  improve  their  efficiency  and  effectiveness  in  managing  their  time  and to minimise stress arising from modern working .

This Time Management training programme will help identify and focus on the activities that give the greatest  returns  and  add  real  value .

  • Distinguish between  tasks  which are urgent and those which are important.
  • Help  participants  manage  tasks , projects  and  priorities  to  best  effect  .
  • Prioritise  to  reflect  real  needs .
  • Become more proactive in how you organise .
