The Dublin City Female Entrepreneur 2008 - first prize (Perpetual Trophy + 500 cash + 500 DCEB voucher + certificate) will be awarded to the business that has made the most progress in terms of development and growth over the past 12 months.
Rising Star - the second prize (500 DCEB voucher + Certificate) will be awarded on the basis of originality, clarity and business potential.

The adjudicating panel will consist of one business media expert, two DCEB business mentors, one external business consultant and one DCEB representative. The network manager will facilitate the process but will not participate in the decision-making process.
Closing date for entries is Friday 31st October at 1pm. Entries may be submitted in either hard or soft copy.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony which will take place at the Dublin City Enterprise Board Christmas networking event. This will take place on Monday 8th December 2008.
