Designer Dublin: Monday's Triple Bill

The focus for Designer Dublin is firmly on the National College of Ireland this Monday, with a triple header of internationally-recognised experts to share advice, tips and insights with the public.

Dublin City Enterprise Board, which is co-ordinating Designer Dublin, have confirmed that a small number of tickets are still available for Monday's events.

At 8pm on Monday evening, Stylist Clare Devereux (pictured here), better known as ITV's 'Madame Makeover,' will be revealing the'insider guide' to accessorising. Known for her red carpet work with the Oscars, the Baftas and the MTV Music Awards, Irish-born Clare has also worked for E! Entertainment, NBC, Style Network and MTV.

On Monday evening, just before Clare's seminar, Eddie Shanahan, Chairperson of the Council of Irish Fashion Designers, will be sharing his perspectives on new product development for the craft industry.

Eddie is highly respected within the Irish fashion and craft world and runs his own business consultancy specialising in branding, fashion, home wares and retail.

To kick start the Designer Dublin bill On Monday afternoon, New York-born fashion designer, Jennifer Rothwell, will be showing those interested in fashion, along with up and coming designers and graduates how to successfully bring a design from 'concept' stage to 'apparel manufacturing.'

Jennifer's creations were recently featured on 'Norway's Next Top Model' television series, under her highly acclaimed fashion label.
