About Pamela Fitzmaurice

Blazing Salads specialises in dairy, yeast, sugar, wheat free frozen meals, soups, salads, savouries and cakes. There is also an in-house bakery that makes bread daily. These breads have won many accolades over the years including Gold in the Blas na hEireann Gold & Taste Awards. The deli has held the Best in Ireland award for many years now. Blazing Salads employs 10 people and is thriving even in these challenging times.
About Cora Barnes
Energetic, outspoken and always believing in delivering the best, is who Cora Barnes is. In 1999 as she was lining up with her college class mates to receive her degree, her new business partners rang to wish her luck and inform her that the company registration number had come through. Fast forward 12 years and the same company with the same business partners, 3Q Recruitment, is still going strong and Cora still believes in delivering the best. 3Q Recruitment has changed constantly with industry, market and economic changes and continues to offer recruitment and staffing solutions in a profitable manner. The company has won Diversity Awards and the National Standard in Human Resource Excellence.
