Dublin City Women Mean Business

Dublin City Businesswomen are invited to attend the Fifth Annual Women Mean Business Conference and Awards 2011.

Preparations are already underway for the Women Mean Business Conference & Awards 2011, Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin. Taking place on Monday, September 26th it guarantees to provide a unique and important platform from which businesswomen and entrepreneurs can celebrate their business achievements in a networking environment. The theme for the fifth annual Conference & Awards is: Success is what you make it!

Taking to the stage this year is new UK Dragon and Founder of Pall-Ex, Hilary Devey. “Nothing is for nothing in life”, according to this straight talking, charismatic and highly successful entrepreneur. Also sharing the stage is well-known psychologist and writer, Dr. Maureen Gaffney. Dr. Gaffeney's positive ‘can do’ approach will enable conference delegates to be the best they can in the delicate balancing act to maintain the right balance of positivity and negativity in their lives.

The ViewPoint panel this year includes previous recipients of the coveted WMB Businesswoman of the Year Award. Patricia Callan, Director Small Firms Association; Anne Dooley, Director of Winthrop Engineering; Cathriona Hallahan, MD Microsoft European Operations Centre and Jean van Sinderen-Law, Director of Development at University College Cork as part of our panel. Their expertise spans many disciplines as their success shows a world of possibilities.
