Selling is a critical area for all businesses and yet it can be one of the most challenging activities for many entrepreneurs. "Improving Your Sales Process" is the theme for the Feburary 13th meeting of the Dublin City Enterprise Network for Women.

At the February event for the Dublin City Enterprise Network for Women, Sales and Market Research professional, Fiona Macrae, will share some tips on how SMEs can make some simple changes that will bring results.
She will talk about the importance of putting a structured sales process in place and of understanding the importance of communication styles in sales.
Fiona's talk and the discussion will be followed by a brief talk by Cathy McCarthy, author of 'Not The Year You Had Planned', a self help book with all proceeds going to the Tallaght Cancer Support Group and the Sligo Cancer Support Centre.
The talk will be followed by informal networking over tea and coffee.

Guests are welcome to attend this event.Speaker Overview: Fiona Macrae, Market DynamicsFiona Macrae has worked in the international market research industry since joining Romtec PLC (now Harris International) in 1990 as a market analyst. In 1993 she moved to IDC as an analyst, becoming Programme Manager for European PC research. In her role as lead PC analyst Fiona was often quoted in both the IT and business press including the Wall Street Journal Europe and Financial Times. In 1997 Fiona joined the account management team at IDC and rose to the position of Global Account Director a role which included the management of one of the European major account teams.
In 2003, Fiona moved to Ireland and co-founded Market Dynamics to provide research and consultancy services in Ireland and the UK. Additionally she works with IDC providing account management and consultancy to key accounts in Ireland. She is a regular speaker at events and also acts as a sales and marketing trainer, advisor and mentor to a number of organisations in Ireland.
Fiona has a BA honours degree from Liverpool University.
