The enterprise initiative, which is the brainchild of Dublin City Enterprise Board, is aimed at anyone thinking of setting up a business in Dublin City, those already running their own business and anyone considering a move from unemployment into self-employment.
Billed as one of the biggest free enterprise events in the capital this year, organisers are inviting aspiring, up-and-coming and established entrepreneurs from the capital to avail of the enterprise supports on offer that day.
The project is supported by Ulster Bank and the Science Gallery and the seminars are themed around important issues for small businesses, such as social media, exporting, how to grow a web-based business, tourism and recreation, product and service innovation, in addition to sources of business funding.
Enterprise Ireland, Plato, The Small Firms Association, New Communities Partnership and the Companies Registration Office are just a handful of the organisations exhibiting at “Your Business Day,” which is in its second year.
