Business Planning Workshop

Business Planning Workshop to support planning for growth and raising investment finance hosted by InterTradeIreland. Develop an 'Investor Ready Business Plan'.

The objective of this business planning workshop is to help early stage businesses develop comprehensive business plans to support their ambitions for growth and to assist in raising investment finance. The workshop will use the licensed ‘Business Cube’ methodology to develop holistic and iterative plans which evolve as a business idea develops into a commercial proposition.

The participants will be entrepreneurs from a range of sectors e.g. ICT, life and health sciences, food sectors etc. who are at the early stage of moving their businesses on to a growth path.

The activities in this interactive workshop will include:

  • the key elements of creating a best practise business plan
  • how the plan is likely to change and develop
  • defining the product and service offering
  • delivering the concept with a good team
  • financing and operationalising the business

The workshop will help entrepreneurs and management teams deliver a business for growth plan and actions to enhance the business thereafter.   We recommend that two management teams’ members attend from each company.
