One Stop SHOP for Food & Drink Retailers

easyFairs® SHOP is Ireland’s biggest food and drink event for the retail and hospitality sector and takes place next September at the RDS.

Retailers and hospitality professionals are invited to meet hundreds of suppliers who will showcase the very latest in Fresh, Value, and Innovative Irish food and drink products from September 28^th to 30^th.

This event will showcase trends, ideas and new concepts within the Irish food, drink and retail sectors, with exhibitors displaying provisions such as raw ingredients, fresh food, drinks, seasonings, packaging, decor, machines, utensils, clothing and check-out systems.

Entry to this exhibition is completely free entry for trade visitors and all learnShops™ seminars and demonstrations are also free to attend.

Visitors will have a chance to learn about new concepts and ideas for food, drink and equipment and attend a specially designed programme of learnShops™/mini seminars to develop their skills.

As well as meeting hundreds of key suppliers, there will also be experts on hand to discuss convenience retailing, how to manage energy costs, maximizing selling space through design, new trends in fresh produce in addition to forecourt developments.

SHOP participants include:

CSNA

The Convenience Stores & Newsagents association will be on hand, to talk about very latest and most innovative products in the industry. The association will also host a number of short talks on relevant issues affecting retailers.

Energy Management Pavilion

The rise in energy costs have lead all retailers to question the sources of energy they currently use and more importantly the efficiency of the equipment which they operate within their stores. The Energy Management Pavilion will ask retailers to question their current providers and point the way towards real alternatives and management systems which will result in concrete financial savings.

Design Doctors

Shop owners are encouraged to bring along a picture of their premises to avail of a free consultation

with a design expert to uncover how to maximise selling space.

Forecourt

The exhibition will see the return of “FORECOURT, Ireland’s only dedicated petrol and forecourt retailing exhibition. Forecourt will host leading suppliers of pumps, car washes, forecourt sundries, canopies, environmental services in addition to EPOS systems.

Fresh Produce

Changing customer buying habits and increased dining at home has lead to an increase in the purchase of fresh produce. Shop 2010 will play host to a showcase of leading suppliers of fresh and healthy produce.
