Plato Advanced 12 Month Programme
Plato Dublin still has a couple of places left on its Advanced Programme for companies who have completed a core 20 month programme. Consisting of thirteen interactive meetings on Leadership and Operational Excellence, the cost of this programme is € 1,250.
The programme includes:

It will be managed by Damien O’Brien, a managing partner of a successful SME business consultancy and training practice. Prior to setting up his own practice, Damien worked with a large multinational company, holding multiple senior roles. He is a trained facilitator with strong communications skills and has particular expertise in the area of business leadership and operational excellence.
