Anne Heraty is Chief Executive of CPL Resources plc. She established the company in 1989. Cpl provides recruitment and outsourcing services across a range of disciplines and sectors offering specialist labour market knowledge and expertise in each sector. They have circa 3,000 temporary employees and 500 contractors working on client site. Anne holds a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics from University College Dublin. Anne is Chairperson of the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs, a Non Executive director of Bord na Mona, FORFAS and of Anglo Irish Bank. Anne was the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006. These lunchtime events are chaired by RTE Business Correspondent John Murray.
