Brief Programme Description

This module will provide participants with a clear and concise introduction on how to get the most from your web site.  Learn how to update your web site and get a higher listing rating on Google, what tools are available to improve and increase online sales, how email marketing works, how it has changed the way business is done and how you can create and deliver emails that succeed.  We will also explain how you go about measuring the success or otherwise of your efforts.

  • Getting to #1 in Google - Using Google AdWords to bring REAL prospects
  • This first module explains how Google creates the search results and how you can use this knowledge to influence the Google results to your advantage.
  • Shopping cart & credit card tools. There are various ways in which you can transact financially on your web site - this module provides delegates with a tour of how the process operates and an introduction to some of the major providers in this arena.
  • Using Email as a Prospecting Tool
  • Email marketing, if used correctly, can dramatically improve client relationships as well as being a fantastic prospecting and selling tool.  This module provides an overview how you can use email marketing to increase traffic to your web site.
  • Tracking & Measuring Your Online Success
  • It is all very well spending the time and energy on creating a web site and implementing a series of online marketing activities - this module helps you to effectively measure the results of your efforts
